The Drop · Program Terms

The Drop is a weekly rewards experience for the PadelBH community. The following terms apply.

Eligibility

The Drop is open to PadelBH members who:

• hold an active registered PadelBH account
• are 18 years of age or older

PadelBH employees and contractors are not eligible.

How it works

Every registered PadelBH member is automatically entered into The Drop each week. No purchase, payment, or action is required to participate.

One winner is selected at random every Friday at 8:00 PM Bahrain time.

Each member has equal chance of winning.

The prize

The winner receives one complimentary 60-minute padel court session at any Bahrain padel club of their choice.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and subject to club availability.

Claiming the prize

The PadelBH team contacts the winner within 48 hours of selection to arrange the booking.

The winner must:

• provide their phone number in their PadelBH profile so we can reach them
• select their preferred club within 7 days of winning
• play the booked session within 30 days of winning

If the prize is not claimed within 7 days, it is forfeited and rolls into the following week's Drop.

Selection integrity

The winner is selected through an automated random selection from the pool of eligible members. The live reveal animation is visual only and does not influence the outcome.

Program changes

PadelBH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue The Drop at any time, with reasonable notice to members.

PadelBH reserves the right to disqualify any account engaged in fraudulent activity, multiple registrations, or abuse of the program.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from The Drop will be resolved in accordance with Bahraini law.
