PadelBH ("we", "us", "our") is owned and operated by Halwa Technologies W.L.L, trading as "PadelBH" (CR 170836-1), based in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We run the website at padelbh.com, a dedicated platform for booking padel courts, finding matches, and joining tournaments across Bahrain. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site and how we use it.

What we collect

We try to collect as little as possible. In practice, this means:

• Account data, your name, email, and optional profile details such as skill level and preferred play times when you create an account.
• Booking and match data, the courts you book, matches you join or create, and chat messages with other players or clubs.
• Basic visit data, pages you view, the device and browser you use, and rough location (typically the country) so we can keep the site fast and relevant.
• Anything you send us directly, for example if you contact support or message a club, we receive what you choose to share.

Browsing the site never requires your payment details on our servers; payments are processed by trusted providers on our behalf.

How we use your information

• To run, maintain, and improve the platform.
• To confirm bookings, match requests, and tournament entries.
• To enable chat between players, coaches, and clubs.
• To respond to questions or feedback you send us.
• To understand which courts, matches, and features are popular.
