Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of PadelBH (the "site"). The site is owned and operated by Halwa Technologies W.L.L, trading as "PadelBH" ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we do

PadelBH is a dedicated padel platform for the Kingdom of Bahrain. We help you discover courts, book sessions, find or create open matches, join tournaments, and connect with coaches and clubs. Courts, coaching, and tournament services are provided by independent clubs and partners; PadelBH provides the booking and discovery layer that connects you to them.

What PadelBH is not

PadelBH is a discovery and booking platform. We are not the operator of any court, club, or coaching business listed on the site. We do not provide the physical facilities or coaching services themselves, those are delivered by the listed clubs and coaches.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your country to create an account. Minors may use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything illegal or harmful.
• Scrape, copy, or republish listings, profiles, or content without our written permission.
• Interfere with the site's normal operation or security.
• Misrepresent yourself, impersonate someone else, or create fake match listings.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players, clubs, or coaches.

Bookings and payments

When you book a court or join a paid match or tournament, you enter a contract with the club or organiser providing that service. Pricing, availability, and the rules of each session are set by the club. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, who handle your card details under their own terms.

Cancellations and refunds

Each club sets its own cancellation window and refund policy, shown at the time of booking. Where a session is cancelled by the club due to weather, maintenance, or force majeure, you are entitled to a refund or reschedule from that club. PadelBH will help facilitate refunds where reasonably possible.

Open matches and tournaments

Open matches and ranked play involve other players. Skill levels are self-reported and refined by results over time; we cannot guarantee any specific level of play. Tournament rules, prizes, and brackets are set by the organiser of each event.

Player conduct and safety

Padel is a physical sport played at your own risk. You are responsible for your own fitness, equipment, and conduct on court. Treat other players, coaches, and club staff with respect. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these standards.

Our content

The site, its design, text, and curation are owned by PadelBH and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to pages, but you may not copy, modify, or commercially reuse the content without our permission.

Third-party links

The site may link to clubs, coaches, payment providers, or other third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep it accurate and available, we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly up to date at every moment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PadelBH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, from any club or coach interaction, or from injuries sustained while playing.

Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time if we believe it is being misused or if doing so is necessary to protect the service, our partners, or other users. You can stop using the site at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Bahrain, unless mandatory local law where you reside requires otherwise.
